FREE THLN Young County Meeting | February 25, 2024

This event will also cover the laws passed during the 88th Texas Legislature, including laws that related to dog and cat breeders, Trap-Neuter-Return, fake service dogs, and a focus on animal cruelty. There will also be a discussion on how local ordinances were affected by regulations selling pet store puppies, breeder permits, and functioning agricultural operations in city limits. The meeting includes a Q&A at the end to ask questions on animal laws and ordinances in general and how to support common sense animal welfare legislation!
