  • North Texas LINK Coalition Special Meeting : Getting Political For Animals!

This presentation will also share techniques for citizen advocacy and help you be a strong, unified voice for animals and victims in your community!

According to the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence: Pets and Domestic Violence, investigation of animal abuse is often the first point of social services intervention for a family experiencing violence. Understanding laws that protect animals, including livestock, is an important tool for all first responders and victim advocates.
