I think they should have been able to make the law a little bit steeper for those who break it because people who break this law rarely get caught and the dog is the one who pays the price for it if the punishment was steeper they would think twice before breaking some people just should not get dogs I also think that people should be accountable for abbanding a animal should also face stiffer punishment for there action and so on I can’t understand why people get dogs with out being able to take care of them should not be able to that why there are so many of them out there that have been dumped out on back roads and around wooded area’s such as mine and I feel so sorry for these pets cause all they want from you is love their should be stiffer pinailty for breaking the laws when it comes to animals and my heart break every time I see this kind of cruelty it’s very heart breaking for some of us out here I pray every day for those who do these things will be handed the same thing in return God dose not like ugly at all thank you for reading God bless all the sweet baby’s out there
