Is there anything THLN can do about the sale of domesticated animals at Flea Markets or Market Days like Canton, Bowie and so many others? Many of us will no longer go to these events as it is heartbreaking knowing these animals are just commodities, often going to neglectful homes while promoting to the costly overpopulation of dogs and cats in Texas.

THLN's purpose is to pass effective legislation for the animals in the Texas Legislature. We do not have the resources to deal directly with animal cruelty or adoption issues, but we can recommend several organizations that do.
