THLN Launches First-Ever Billboard Campaign

We’re excited to announce that, for the first time, the Texas Humane Legislation Network (THLN) has launched a series of billboards to share our message across North Texas.

Our very first billboard went live in McKinney on October 30th, 2025, marking a huge milestone in our mission to educate Texans about the truth behind retail pet stores and their sourcing of animals from puppy mills. This campaign aims to spread awareness and encourage the public to make informed, responsible choices when welcoming a new pet into their home. By shedding light on where many pet store puppies actually come from, we contribute to ending the cruel puppy mill pipeline in Texas.

We’re thrilled to share that we’ve already secured our third billboard space, further expanding this important effort. You can find our billboards at the following locations:

US 75 (1 mile north of US 380) – Little Elm, TX

Highway 380 (2.1 miles west of FM 423) – Frisco, TX

Thornton Freeway (I-30, 0.3 miles east of Belt Line Road) – Garland, TX

We encourage our supporters and advocates to visit these billboards, take photos, and share them to help spread awareness. Every interaction helps us amplify our message and bring attention to this critical issue!

We’d love to hear your thoughts on this campaign.
