I am requesting that the name of SB 474 be changed to ’ SAFER Outdoor Dog Bill ’ There is so much more to do to continue to improve this situation and I am concerned by using SAFE in the bill most invidividuals, especially the Governor & Reps, will consider this will FIX everything, and as a result, there will be less consideration and support…if they think they already FIXED this horrible situation, while more work/bills/laws to improve animals lives needs to be ongoing.
