The Texas Humane Legislation Network cordially invites you to a gathering to discuss the 2019 legislative session and how you can get political for animals. Many animal welfare bills have already been filed to advance the humane treatment of animals this session and THLN will be prioritizing bills to fix our broken statute regulating dog shelter and restraint and crack down on predatory practices at pet stores.
