Your generous donations help us promote and advocate for humane animal legislation! Texas Humane Legislation Network (THLN) does not require a membership fee, but we rely solely upon donations to fund our vital work at the Texas Capitol.
Every donation we receive goes directly to promote animal welfare legislation, and THLN is the ONLY Texas-based lobbying group for animals.
Please note our non-profit tax status is a 501c4 (not a 501c3), which enables THLN to lobby with unlimited restrictions. As we are a political-focused social welfare organization however our expenses are tax deductible, but our income is not. This means a donation to THLN is not eligible for a tax deduction.
