THLN Woodlands Advocate Meeting
Please join us at our Southeast Texas Chapter meeting on July 8th at 11:00am in The Woodlands at the South County Community Center. We will review the past legislative session, how the 85th legislature fared for animals, and how can we work in the interim year to strengthen our statewide Network from the ground up.
Montgomery County legislators are critical in our fight to strengthen our state-wide laws and we need your help!

Animal Caucus After-party
Don't hit the road just yet! What better way to unwind after a hectic day at the capitol than to debrief on your Humane Lobby Day experiences with new and old friends?
Please join us for a "Animal Caucus After-party" hosted by THLN's Central Texas Chapter. Nosh on delicious vegetarian appetizers, socialize with your new and improved Network, and talk next steps for humane advocacy in your legislative district.

THLN Grassroots Advocacy Meeting
Please join us for this highly informative presentation made by Texas Humane Legislation Network Director Skip Trimble. Mr. Trimble is known as the "Godfather of Texas Animal Advocacy" and has been advocating with THLN for over twenty years. He has helped pass critical laws including establishing minimum standards for animal shelters, making dog fighting illegal, and regulating puppy mills. Learn what it takes to get animal protection laws passed through the Texas Legislature and how you can be empowered to use your voice for the voiceless. A brief Q & A will follow the presentation.
